mp3 files keep reloading into icloud drive

after uploading mp3 files to icloud, they keep reloading after showing loaded

MacBook Pro 13″, OS X 10.11

We understand that after uploading mp3 files, you are still seeing this message. Since this started, have you restarted started the device? If not, we suggest doing so.

If issue continues, contact Apple Get Support.

It appears to be more of an issue with slow isp up load speed. Broke files into smaller segments and up loaded files in batches
