If one has an android phone, one can plug a screen beam mini two into a TV and project a movie from the iPhone onto the TV wirelessly without WiFi. Is there any equivalent with Apple iPhone?

If your TV supports AirPlay 2, you can use that. Most newer Smart TVs will support AirPlay. See this for an explanation. Use AirPlay to stream video or mirror your device’s screen - Apple Support
Without wi-fi, there is no way to send anything to the tv from the phone. While depending on what type of movie you are trying to send to the tv, you may be able to use a wired adapter on the iPhone and connect it to the tv itself, with HDMI or VGA, depending on the TV, but that is it.
Thanks, but I am talking about a camper situation with a normal, not smart tv, and no WiFi. iPhone has enough coverage to stream movies, but no way to view on tv.
