This started when i logged in to the iCloud (website), it asks to verify my password, i was able to open it OK, but my iCloud setting in my Mac has locked me out and I can't mange the setting and will not accept the same password I entered to my iCloud account from the website. I noticed that i can't upload photos and files to WeTransfer, Gmail, and Facebook. Basically I have to issues here. Hope you can help.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. You've mentioned that you were unable to upload files to a few different apps. Have you tried restarting your Mac since noticing this behavior? Are you running the latest software compatible with your Mac?
Let's try starting up your Mac in safe mode. Doing so will prevent your Mac from loading up certain software during start up. Starting in safe mode will take a little longer than normal, because it verifies and repairs the directory, cleans caches, and loads only Apple-critical items.
