Incoming emails working fine, but outgoing or replying to email doesn’t work?

Spectrum/Charter/TWC/RR/Roadrunner has changed some of the required settings from what Apple lists in their mail settings lookup tool; seems the Apple info on Spectrum is stale.
But given what is happening here—receiving, but not sending—Your SMTP Server (sending) settings or credentials are incorrect.
Mail has two sets of configuration data. One set for receiving and reading messages using POP or IMAP, and a second set of settings and credentials for sending mail using SMTP or ESMTP. The latter is seemingly messed up, here.
Settings > Mail > Accounts > select the Spectrum/TWC/RR account > select the account again > select the outgoing mail server SMTP > make the settings match what Spectrum wants.
