New MacBook Pro A2338 M1 mouse arrow problems

My mouse arrow keeps freezing when I startup my MacBook. It doesn't happen all the time but it happens quite often and its starting to getting old. Has anyone had this problem with new m1 A2338 MacBook Pro?

I already chatted with apple and they told me to startup in safe mode and stay on there for 5 mins, then restart back to normal, since its an M1 chip and it should solve most problems. This worked for a whole week and now it just happened again.

Do I just have to keep doing this? Is this common?

I just noticed that it could have been because of one of my startup items. In this case it's dropbox. Will update on later date.
