Why has my Cardio Fitness dropped to poor? Is it because it is winter and I am working out inside?
Since the snow fell and the roads are slippery, I have taken workouts indoors. I do 5-6 miles a day on a treadmill. My cardio fitness has fallen to about 20 and poor!! Is it because I'm not recording workouts with GPS?
If this is the case, is Cardio Fitness in iOS really telling us anything? What about people that workout in a gym every day?
