Got someone else’s repaired airpods pro as a replacement

my right channel of airpod pro was having the issue of cracking sound, so I went to appple service centre(NGRT system, Nagpur 440001) and they replaced it as it was under warranty. But they gave me someone else’s repaired airpods which is not fair. It is clearly observable that it’s a used product and it has dirt, scratches and wear and tear marks. I just wanna know that apple gives a new product as a replacement or what. Because the new one is not in tuned with the left one and i can clearly feel the difference. Please help me.
