I read that far. I don't know how to make HomePod speak an audible code if you cannot hear it, however this step in setup is used as an alternative when you're not able to perform an earlier step using the camera. Since you haven't bothered to respond to my direct question I will assume the camera works.
See the Press top of HomePod to reset it method from Reset HomePod - Apple Support and start the set up process from scratch. Follow the steps carefully. If you get stuck see the link in my previous post. Failing that contact Apple Support for assistance.

Normally you would use the camera during set up. Do I take it there is reason you cannot use the camera? Try If you can’t set up HomePod - Apple Support to see if anything there helps.

Are you trying to add the HomePod by starting in the Home app? See Set up and use HomePod - Apple Support for the normal setup process.

The issue is that the homepod is asking for passcode and the homepod isn't responding to any passcode for me to input.
Is not showing scan camera? If I reset setup homepod it'll still ask for audio code still
