iTunes Making Crackling Sounds

Using iTunes with Apple Music always produces crackling sounds in the background of my music. It also sounds worse because when it is on a regular volume the sound gets distorted as if it were played loudly. Apple needs to get rid of iTunes or at least update it because it is very outdated. I use the web version now.
