I have a store credit for recycling a device. I cannot find where to enter it to apply to my account.

I have a code for a trade in and I cannot find where to enter it to apply toward another purchase.

You are trying to buy something from Apple's online store (I assume it's an Apple Store card which cannot be used with iTunes, not an iTunes card) ?
