Can’t connect Apple Music to Alexa Marshall Uxbridge

I’m having trouble connecting my Apple Music account to my Alexa Marshall Uxbridge smart speaker. I have enabled it as a skill in the Alexa app and connected to the Apple account but every time I ask it to play, it says Apple Music is not supported on this devise. Have tried disabling and enabling the skill again and same problem. What am I doing wrong? Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi LoobyJane,

We understand that you're unable to play Apple Music using your speaker, and we'd like to go over some information.

You can use Alexa to play Apple Music on an Amazon Echo, Amazon Fire TV, or an Alexa-enabled Sonos speaker that you already set up with the Amazon Alexa app on your iOS or Android device.

You can find more information about playing Apple Music with Alexa here: Play Apple Music with Alexa

Please be sure to check out the "Here’s what you need" part of the above link for more information on the requirements to play Apple Music using Alexa.

Thanks!
