Audio sync issues Apple TV 4K 14.4?

the audio use to sync just fine but ever since 14.3 and 14.4 thief are issues. The inky time it syncs now is in stereo mode only. If in multi channel, Dolby Atmos or Dolby digital 5.1 in Apple settings it is out of sync. I have a Marantz sr6011 and p-65 VIZIO. I have to delay audio now as much as 280ms and sync no longer works. I have tried witless audio sync no change I have changed format no change expect if I force 2 channel PCM then it will sync. Also does not matter if hdr,Dolby vision or SDR. This always worked before 14.3

Have you reset your modem and router and then unplugged the Apple TV for 2-3 minutes and test? If please try these actions. If the problem persists ensure you have the most up-to-date version of Apple TV OS. If you still have a problem then your issue is your network itself.
