After reading a text message from a friend on my Apple Watch 3, a reply text was sent back to my friend. The message said: Disliked. "with my friends text in quotes". why would this happen? Maybe I tapped something on my watch while scanning the text?

That's probably what happened. But now I can't duplicate it. I can get the thumbs down icon with the text in question, but I can't get the text reply: "Disliked. "with the original text in quotes""
