When trying to move my login Pro sound library to an external drive, I'm not able to select the external drive in the "Relocate Sound Library" window. Does anyone know why this is? There is plenty of room on the drive.

That is why it won't let you relocate your Library to this drive.
It doesn't allow you to select a Time Machine drive even if you have partitioned it so you're not relocating to the TM part of it.
My guess is it doesn't want to mess with the way Time Machine works or writes its dadtabase to the drive.

Yes, I have a handful of computer backups on it.
