I bought a new iPhone 11 and realised this, after weeks of use that While using any application like Instagram, where the speakerphone is used the audio disappears for few seconds and then reappears.
Same issue happens while FaceTime or WhatsApp video call where speaker is used.
Any solution for this? Is anyone else facing this issue?

We would like to see how we can help you with your speaker. Which iOS version are you currently running? Go to Settings > General > About for the version. Are you refering to the moment where you are changing from the receiver speaker to speakerphone? If so, this is expected behavior.
If you restart the iPhone, does the issue return? Restart your iPhone

I am currently running 14.4 latest version in my smartphone.
No I am not referring to changing the mode of speaker.
I just mentioned when the speaker is used, let’s say when you watch Instagram videos or maybe on a video call, the audio is lost for 3-4 seconds and then comes back.
