I was reinstall my macbook7,1 2010 mid. use the combine key command+r, it lead me to recovery, and I choose reinstall os, it show the os version is Lion, and when I click Install, it ask me to login Apple account, I did, and my account was set two factor auth, and the login view didn't show any other field for me to input the code. so I couldn't install and couldn't reinstall the old version OS.

When typing the password add the recovery code after the password.
Instead of booting using Command + R, try booting into Internet Recovery Mode using Command + Option + R to see if it will boot to the macOS 10.13 online installer.
If the MacBook still boots normally, then I recommend creating a macOS USB installer for macOS 10.13:
