Crashes after waking from sleep

The problem started randomly in Mojave OS. The computer would a) have sleep-wake panics, b) random kernel panics (solved), and c) disabled touch bar (DFR display not ready, possible hardware error).

Whenever the computer enters sleep through any means, it will crash if it is opened a few seconds after it gets closed.

The crash happens like this: Close laptop, wait, open laptop, runs normally but no swiping to other screens and spotlight is disabled, freeze, requires password, and upon entering the password, freeze. My cursor moves around but apart from that it's frozen.

So far, i've tried to reset SMC, disable sleep altogether, upgrade to Big Sur, and delete the sleep file and restart. None of them worked, butthe update to Big Sur and using a memory cleaning app solved the frequent kernel panics.

Any ideas? I'm drained of them.
