Why doesn't DVR show on my Apple TV Spectrum app?

I added Cloud DVR to my Spectrum account, and it shows up when I log in from my laptop, but the Apple TV app doesn't show DVR function. Do I need to do something to make it work?

Spectrum app cloud dvr issues on Apple TV 4k I have an Apple TV 64gb, running tvOS 15.6, with a thoroughly up to date Spectrum app. When replaying recorded cloud DVR content on the Spectrum app it is common to press the >= button to pause and then use touch button or wheel to Fast Forward or otherwise reposition the playback. Oftentimes this causes the preview window to freeze and the cloud dvr to lose it’s place and start over. I recognize this may be an app issue for Spectrum, but the app works fine on my iPad and iPhone. In fact, I sometimes resort to using my iPad to view recorded content and AirPlay it to the AppleTV box.

Is there an App for the Tablo QUAD Over-The-Air DVR on the Apple 4K TV device I received Apple 4K TV with Ethernet as a gift, does the store contain an app that will connect my Tablo QUAD Over-The-Air DVR
