Can't delete an app since moving it off home screen...

I moved an app off my home screen into the app library. Since then, it's removed the option to delete the app (I use instagram for work, then usually delete it when I am not using it).

I have tried moving it back to home screen and deleting it from there but still it doesn't give the option to delete.
