Macbook Pro retina Display late 2013 Screen Patches

Hi All . I don’t know if I am the only one having this issue but I have two massive patches on my screen and I can’t find a way to get rid of them. I have seen a lot of solutions to remove the anti glare cover of the screen but I have 2 concerns : 1) it may not be an issue with the anti glare cover and 2) nothing seams to work so far. Please find photo of my screen and any help is greatly appreciated.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15
