Why is my MacBook Pro screen doing this?

It does this when I shutdown.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.1

If this is a Intel Mac—(does not apply to the SoC M1 Macs)


Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295


Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379
