HomePod Mini- intercom invite

I have two phones using same Apple ID. When I try to add/invite people to use intercom. From one of my phones It say invite failed. Anyone knows why?

Set up homepod mini in office I am trying to use a HomePod mini in my office. I followed Apple's directions to set it up at home first. At the office I get the prompt to switch to a different network. It shows the two networks, my home network and the office network my phone is connected to. I click to do that but it does not work. Nothing happens. What are my other options? I have the MAC address.

I used my phone to set up both HomePods. I added my wife to the home app My wife’s phone will not do a automatic music transfer at all. She can only play through connecting via airplay. I’ve tried all the language, location sharing checks. I’ve restarted and reset the HomePods, I’ve restarted the iPhone’s. It seems the second user (wife) is just not connecting properly. Any suggestions?
