Hi. I received a payment receipt that I do not know what it is because I do not have a permanent order.And that I pay for iCloud 0.99 € but now I have a 228 GB iPhone and I want to cancel it.

apple receipt I received an apple receipt via email which I did not order. when I want to cancel it asks for my social security and credit which I don't want to give. I went into apple.com but don't know how to cancel. Please help, I have 24 hours to cancel.
