Communication between iPhone XR and 2014 Ford F150 Sync

When driving and using MAPS via Bluetooth, the first few words of the directions are cut off. It did not do this until recently. How can I fix this?

Update: I updated my iPhone. I deleted the SYNC from my phone's Bluetooth. I deleted my phone from my truck's SYNC. Then I re-entered my phone into SYNC and put SYNC back in my iPhone Bluetooth. I now works better than ever.
