Trouble synching two monitors on new MacBook Pro 13" w/M1 Chip

My MacBook Pro 13" w/M1 chip doesn't want to synch with two external monitors. It will synch with one or the other, but not both at the same time. My 2015 MacBook Pro 13' has no problem synching with the same two monitors. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
