Ghost touch iPad Pro 2018 11”

Hey people,

Since a week ago, I’m suffering problems with ghost touch, on the left-top of charge side, near the SIM slot. I saw that many pleople had this problem as well, mainly using apps that requires a lot of internet as YouTube and Safari, but it can occur with any app. Is there any solution for this problem??

1 year warranty ended 2 months ago... I’m very sad about it :/ I bought a high-end iPad to use it for years.

could anyone help me please?

I talked with Apple support... Unfortunately its a hardware problem - and not caused by bad use of the device because MANY people is reporting the same problem with the IPAD PRO 2018!

If you are not covered by warranty anymore and didn’t pay for an expensive AppleCare+ Support (which was created for ACCIDENTS problems and not for bad Apple’s hardware quality), you will have to pay for the service. Some people is “lucky” by having this problem in warranty status - not my case.

We buy an IPad Pro to have the best hardware quality and performance, expecting it will not give you a headache for years... I was mistaken.

This was my second and last Apple device. I’m really upset with this experience.
