I unplugged my Apple TV and now the message


support.apple.com/applets/restore has come up. What do i do?

If you go to

support.apple.com/appletv/restore

then you’ll read that for the 4K model, you should contact Apple Support to have them restore the software for you.

Unfortunately, end-users can’t do this themselves for this model.
