how to keep good emails from going to JUNK on GMAIL on my iphone... 2021

Your Gmail account decides, initially, which email is normal email and which email belongs in the junk folder. You can easily correct those email placement errors by going in the Junk / Spam folder and opening the email. After that open up the Junk option and Mark the email as NOT JUNK. The next time the emails from that sender will be delivered to your inbox.
