Big sur reinstallation problem

i formatted the Macintosh HD drive and data drive to reinstall the big sur....as soon as it installed i get to create computer account but it won't accept any name or password as it's showing cannot create account with that name specific..i tried many times and changed names... when i restarted the system, i got on the log in windows with many users and any password was not working when i tried to reset the password it says couldn't verify credentials because directory server does not support requested authentication method .... what is the problem please help....?!!!!!?

Also if one reboots out of frozen screen, the account does get created, but it doesn’t react to the password formerly set. Also resetting the password through Apple ID doesn’t work, it there too thinks the password is wrong.

Also in (German)Festplattendienstprogramm it looks as if the installation creates mutable instances of the same hard drive (?!) after the reinstallation of Big Sur.
