Reset my password problem

I am using MacBook pro-2020. I had a problem using python so I thought to format it. When I formatted it and reinstall Big Sur. Everything went well up to create the name and password. First, it freezes over there. I don't know how it was set up when I restarted but it came with the new name that I set up but I put 100 times the correct password it didn't work. Even I tried to change the password from apple id it didn't accept it. I even tried changing the apple id password it didn't work. When I tried to rebut it and reset the password it said that could not verify credentials because the directory server does not support the requested authentication method. Please help me, I am really frustrated by trying multiple times and getting the same error again and again.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.12
