Apple TV frozen? Is there a way to reset it?

Try this:

Disconnect from power, wait a minute or two, then reconnect. The device will start up again.

We have no idea which Apple TV you own, when posting please Identify your Apple TV model and have you attempted unplugging it from power for a few minutes and then plugging it back in and re-trying?
