Removal of a Ecosia browser highjacker that’s been illegally installed?

I downloaded iOS 14.4 update but then noticed that somehow a website had added ecosia as a browser plug-in illegally. When I checked the App Store it showed that I hadn’t installed it from there, so how do I remove this browser addon? That’s installed on both iPhone SE 2 generation and iPad 5?

I too have had this update forced on me by Apple reps as a solution for your call blocking not working the update 14.4 has not only installed ecosia to my search engine and opened up developer settings on my device it has caused Multiple issues with my device Apple’s response was very concerning an appalling considering they did not know what this application was and stating clearly that it should not be opening up your developer settings I was told that it would be now passed on to an engineers and they would be back in contact with me within 48 to 72 hours and guess what no phone call from Apple just another load of bullshit from your company

I did a bit of research and this problem has been around for quite some time, I have change the settings to Firefox, but I think I downloaded it via a YouTube video. So for now on top of your support if you go to screen time settings, content restrictions, then alter the settings from allow all websites to restrict and add enosis.org to website restricted.
