Audio not working through headphones comes from speakers when im on zoom meetings

Hello, i previously downloaded soundflower and tried to use it but it was gioving me problems so i got rid of it. before i got rid of it I think i switched some kind of settings. Now when ever im on any kind or recording software including zoom meetings even if my earphones are connected the sound comes from my PC directly and at maximum volume. I want to change this and also be able to record my zoom meetings without problems again. Please help thanks. I have a M1 Macbook air.
