Watch got wet and the digital crown isn’t working. Can’t turn off the water lock

the screen on my apple watch was cracked and i was giving my cousin a bath so i turned on the water lock , my watch got wet and now the digital crown isn’t working and i can’t turn off the water lock is this fixable? i’m afraid that because the screen is cracked the water got in with the electrical and wires i don’t think my watch will work again? any advice or solutions would be appreciated. thanks

It appears that you're having a problem with your Apple Watch. Since you were giving your cousin a bath, you turned on Water Lock. But, since the display is cracked, you're afraid that water entered your Apple Watch, and you're unable to eject any liquid since the Digital Crown doesn't work. We advise that you contact Apple Support for this.


Get Support - Choose Repairs & Physical Damage > Accidental or physical damage to start the conversation.
