I cannot remove the “offers up” app from my home screen. Its slightly grayed out and i cannot do anything. I can stack an app on top it but can not move it or remove it. i tried to reinstall and then delete again but nothing. Its stuck in the same spot. Any suggestions?

Turn off Screen Time and delete the app and then turn Screen Time back on.

Thank you, that worked! I had to reinstall the app after turning off screen time and place it over the stuck app. That allowed me to delete both.
Cannot remove app from home screen.
