iPhone won’t suggest passwords

I’ve seen several people ask this question and no one ever seems to get a solution - I’m hoping I might be the lucky one!

My iPhone (latest iOS) stopped suggesting passwords a couple of years back. But, my MacBook logged into the same iCloud account does. I’ve tried signing in and out of iCloud, but it doesn’t work. I can’t turn keychain on and off because when I try to turn it off (and enter the password as requested) it spins for a bit, then returns to toggle on.

I’ve also noticed that passwords suggested and used on my MacBook don’t sync to iPhone. Crazy.

Please can someone help!?

Then the issue is with Keychain. No one knows for sure how to fix this. If found this article (https://www.applemust.com/ios-12-how-to-make-password-autofill-work-again/) but I doubt it will fix your issue.

Your last option, I'm afraid, is Apple Support: Get Support
