Youtube playback error with youtube purchases....

I was wondering if anyone else has run into this issue before,

I have alot of purchases i made on the googleplay movies & Tv store, i have tried to play all movies and tv episode i have on there and i run into the same issue where i can play about 20 seconds and then i run into the same error message of ¬

" Playback Error" we are experiencing problems with our servers.please try again later.

i have tried restarting and resetting my apple tv , i have restarted my router and i am connect via ethernet to my router...

Can anyone help?
