I recently got an new iPhone from the apple store. It was my replacement. And my service is not switched over yet and it’s been an whole day.

If they switched the SIM card then the service should have been switched with it immediately. The sim card is what holds your service. There is no delay.


If you still see no-service message, check the SIM card installation: link-> Remove or switch the SIM card in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


If it still won't work, then you'll still need to contact your carrier for a new SIM card.
