boot loop

My iPhone pro max is in bootloot mode since my last recovery. Itunes and IOS are updated, key solution launch iTunes in recovery mode, but update and recovery does not do the job. boot loop start again. In forum, it seems that this matter is solve in Genius Bar with replacement by a new phone. I tried to use reiboot for Mac but download is weak, and I don't really trust these programmes. Except using my applecare, with hopefully an appointment next time I come back France, I don't really have much more solutions. What can I do ? I work in Africa, I don't trust anyone to open my iPhone pro max. Does anyone knows an active email to contact customers care service.
