Why does my MacBook Pro spike up in temperature every few minutes?

Since I started using my MacBook Pro, when I'm watching YouTube videos sometimes the fans ramp up and the MacBook heats up for no reason. I don't open any other applications while watching something so this shouldn't be a problem caused by apps running in the background. This also happens to me while I'm writing a document on Google Docs or making a presentation on Google slides. I always use my MacBook while on charge not on battery. If there is any way I could increase performance or maybe solve the issue with the temperature suddenly rising and the fans ramping up for no reason please tell how!

Specs:

MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports)

Processor: 1.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5

Memory: 8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3

Startup Disk: Macintosh HD - Data

Graphics: Intel Iris Plus Graphics 645 1536 MB

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.1

Keep your Mac notebook within acceptable operating temperatures

No harm in being connected to the mains 100% of the time, it will make your battery last longer, your Mac is in no danger of overcharging or overheating from this.

Helps tremendously to keep the notebook on a flat hard surface, not the bed, not your lap, not a pillow—not so good.

If you you think you have an issue—Try resetting the SMC http://support.apple.com/kb/ht3964

for temperature management.

Known issues —Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus

these can cause all kinds of associated issues.
