I cannot send a text message in my iPhone X. When I transferred my sim card to my iPhone 6, I was able to send a message. Meaning that my iPhone X has a problem and not the network. What should I do?

Go to Settings > Messages and make sure the the SMS and MMS switches are turned on. If they are switch them off and then turn them back on.
