iPhone 11 Pro Max only charging up to 1% battery

My 11 pro Max has only been charging up to 1% battery after the course of hours, at first I though it was because of bad extension cords or charging cables/plugs, but I charged my phone in every single possible area and outlet inside my house and nothing works it’s still at one percent and I don’t know what to do, I even have a charging case made by Apple but I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. Anyways please help me figure this out, I got work to do.
