Can’t upgrade iCloud storage

Hey. I’ve tried to upgrade my iCloud storage several times, but for each of those times i always get a message that pretty much says because i live in a country in Europe, it is required that the banks approve my transaction. After getting that message i tap «ok» and it takes me to a website which is always saying that a problem has occured and that i have to try again later. Because of this issue i cannot change anything for my iCloud.

Have you had a chance to try any troubleshooting? We’re looking at things like:

Restart your iPhone
Connect with a different network connection (e.g. Wi-Fi, Cellular, or another Wi-Fi network).
Upgrade your iCloud storage plan from another device where you’re signed in with the same iCloud account.
Try another payment method: Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods
Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone
