Scratches from nowhere!

Hi,

I bought an iPhone 11 Pro and after 8 days of very careful use notice several scratches in the glass. I have had iPhones since 2008 and never had a problem, never broke or scratched the glass. Have now read about this being a problem on this specific model of iPhone, which was supposed to have the best glass of all!

How can I get my phone exchanged or glass fixed?

The white paper have the same scratches wisible only from one site - the same site which is in contact with glass. Front page of safety paper not damaged.

Cosmetic damage is not covered by the warranty nor are accidents.

You can not get it repaired or replaced.

To get it fixed you can take the iPhone to a local repair shop it would be way cheaper than taking it to a big repair shop or to you can report it to apple and scenic it has been a big deal they can put a recall the model

A "local shop" does not have the correct display and third party repairs void the warranty.
