February 2, 2021. iPhone 11 Pro. OS 14.4 Mail message shows paperclip. Tapping paperclip does nothing. Scrolling does nothing. I know the attachment is there because I can view the PDF document clearly on Microsoft Outlook on my desktop PC. I tried re-booting the iPhone. That achieved nothing.
