Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's our understanding that you're unable to open attachments in Mail on your iPhone 11 Pro. You've done a great job trying to get this resolved! We're happy to help.
If this issue is occurring with all email attachments, we recommend removing the account and adding it again using the steps below:
- " On your computer, sign in to your email provider’s website. Make sure that all of your email is there or make sure that your email is saved somewhere other than your iOS device.
- On your iOS device, go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts.
- Tap the email account that you want to remove.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Add your account again."
If you can't send email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
