I have a student who's iPad is no longer allowing her to use markup on a photo project we are creating. It didn't save her last work and today she cannot even write on it. We restarted photos, no luck. And then restarted the iPad, no luck. Is there a fix for this? I'm an Elementary Art teacher... this is my first encounter with this issue. I appreciate your time on this matter.
