Before Big SUR I could right-click Safari Icon in the dock and I have the option to choose the New window page or new window private page. But It seems that This feature has disappeared. Right or I am wrong? Also since the BIG SUR I have a hard time grabbing Safari window and move it around. It seems pointing the mouse to some empty spaces on top does not work.

Hi Amir,
It sounds like you're having trouble selecting New Window from the Dock icon for Safari and we can help.
You can still right-click or control-click on the icon to choose New Window for Safari in macOS Big Sur.
What sort of mouse are you using with your Mac?
Make sure in System Preferences for your Mouse or Trackpad that you have the secondary click set up.

Concerning the missing options when right-clicking on the Safari icon in the dock I had to close Safari, remove the icon from the dock and re-open Safari. After doing that I could see all the options again (open new window, tab and so on).
