Sound suddenly goes up to infinite + db

In one of my projects in Logic the input sound suddenly goes up from 5 to infinite db. I changed the input to none, and also tried the output on my headphones and macbook audio, but it still happens. It is only in one of my projects. It happens at different places of the track so I don't know what the issue is. Does anyone know how to solve this?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.14

Bypass all your plugins and see if it still happens. Then re-enable them one by one until the issue reappears, and then you've found the culprit.
