Tried to update Flash Player in System Preferences, message was 'could not load Flash Player preference pane'; what's the issue?

Since Adobe no longer supports Flash Player after December 31, 2020 and blocked Flash content from running in Flash Player beginning January 12, 2021, Adobe strongly recommends all users immediately uninstall Flash Player to help protect their systems.  

Adobe announced this several years ago and sites discontinued using flash player knowing that this time was coming. I've not encountered any sites using it for well over a year -- and as stated in my previous reply, Adobe has blocked Flash content from running in Flash Player beginning January 12, 2021.

Adobe discontinued it. There won't be any more updates, and Flash content can no longer be run in any web browser.

Hi so if we uninstall how do we access info or sites that require adobe flash player whats the replacement ?
